Abstract This paper focuses on optimizing the propulsion system, specifically control aspect. It presents design of a sensorless inverter with field-oriented for BLDC motors, primarily intended copters. The theoretical part covers motor modeling and structure, employing approach using back-electromotive force observer to estimate rotor position. physical implementation system is based an electronic two logical components. component utilizes microprocessor FOC incorporates memory, sensor systems, peripherals. power ensures controlled energy transfer through complementary signals feedback measurement. Communication between components higher-level regarding configuration, also addressed. Finally, underwent testing measurement platform during copter flights. measurements focused speed estimation performance under load no-load conditions. assessment concludes trust scaling temperature inverter.
